Beppe Graneris

Beppe Graneris was born in Turin in 1953 and trained at the Accademia Albertina during the 1970s. Alongside his painting practice, he taught painting at the Accademia Albertina and subsequently at the Primo Liceo Artistico in Turin.

A pupil of Beppe Devalle, Piero Ruggeri and Sergio Saroni, he developed an interest in non-figurative painting, American abstraction and Minimal Art. His practice seeks essential forms through reduction and experimentation with colour.
